Category C and C+E driving school prices

Wondering how much category C and C+E driving lessons cost in Bucharest? Our prices are listed below, and you can pay in several ways: in full at the start, or in 2 or 3 instalments. Choose whichever suits you best. Lessons taught in English cost an extra 60 lei per lesson.

What you need and how the exam works.

Enrolment requirements

  • Minimum age 18
  • Identity card
  • Holder of a category B driving licence
  • Psychological assessment
  • Medical certificate
  • Criminal record certificate marked "driving exam"
  • Licence issuing fee

Category C driving exam

  • The theory test consists of a 26-question paper to be completed in 30 minutes. At least 22 correct answers are required to pass.
  • The practical test assesses your skills and behaviour in traffic, with a DRPCIV examiner beside you.
  • Our school can provide the vehicle for the practical test, for a fee.
  • To pass the road test, a candidate must accumulate no more than 20 penalty points.

Category C+E driving exam

  • The theory test consists of an 11-question paper to be completed in 15 minutes; at least 9 correct answers are required to pass.
  • The practical test is supervised by a DRPCIV examiner and assesses your ability to manoeuvre the vehicle combination in this category.
  • Our school offers the use of the vehicle for the practical test, for a fee.
  • To pass the road test, a candidate must accumulate no more than 20 penalty points.
